I grew up getting 1-2 pairs of shoes a year so yeah, I'm with you on keeping beaters although I do admire folk who wear their shoes.

yeah. I keep the royal and black AJKOs around for situations like this.
My sister won the dunks for me. Of course it wasn’t the sbs though.

There is a difference between wearing your shoes and thrashing your shoes. Just like with shirts and pants, you wear what's appropriate for the weather and situation. The kids in at that concert probably called themselves sneakerheads but really they just Hypebeasts following trends
I'm starting to realize keeping your Jays on ice doesn't do shyt to preserve them. Multiple pairs I've worn less than 5 times are cracking, peeling, yellowing, etc.

Yup that's with all shoes. Every shoe I get I wear either that day or in that week. I try not to wear the same shoe 2 or 3 times a month.

Damn I wish I got a grey pair of the 650r x ALDs now. I like the green pair but grey New Balances are a must
