that particular model you'll have to find on the resell market like Stock X or GOAT since they are long sold out at retail stores. You can probably make something similar with Nike By You on nike.com but it'll cost you $160 however if you use rakuten you can get cash back (right now Nike is at 8% which would be about $12 cash back but sometimes it'll be up to 10%) plus $10 for signing up. The cash back should be able to stack on the the 20% off. Look for the air max 90 unlocked under Nike by You, you have to be logged in to select it I believe. You can nearly customize like the picture you posted
