you can wear it tucket into the shoe or slightly over the top. I actually posted a pic in the wdywt thread. my buddy sean actually took the first pic you posted. here's some additional shots that might help give an idea.
I wear 'em with skinny jeans - I wouldn't say I have "flamboyant swag" ..i'm not about to wear my shoes with some relaxed fit jeans when i'm a slimmer build ..lol
