supposed to arrive sep 11. theres a dude on niketalk that ordered like 8 pairs, for a total of 1500$+. and he used a 20% off code that knocked like 400$ off his total

you're absolutely right. Paypal been known to give no discretion when shutting down accounts. I'd be mad as fukk if they shut my shyt down with money like that in there.
