It's like someone mentioned earlier, many of these guys are addicted to the NFL and will make any excuse necessary to avoid giving it up.

I see a lot of projection going on in this thread. Dudes knowing that they don't have the discipline to put a childs game down so they are pushing those feelings of inadequacy on others.

It's like when you have a group of friends that are borderline alcoholics and go out and get fukked up every weekend..

One of them says "I'm not gonna drink anymore, it's bad for my body and is a waste of time and money. I need to grow up"

The friends that are secure with themselves will support and encourage him, even if they still drink themselves.

The ones that are the worst addicts will say

"nikka you ain't gonna make it 2 weeks without drinking!"

"How you gonna enjoy the strip club without a drink?"

"How you still gonna drink coffee and not liquor!?! Caffeine is just as bad!"

"How you gonna avoid drinking. Alcohol is everywhere? You not gonna go to restaraunts anymore?"

Some of you are showing that the NFL is an addiction. Y'all acting like real addicts.. Nobody is trying to stop you. Enjoy what makes you happy. But going out of your way to try to plant confusion and doubt in a group of Black folks doing something that has no negative effect on your life is some sucker shyt..
A lot of them see it as a sign of Black pride. There isn't many things in a system of white supremacy that are. So even though the NFL is racist af and it's a plantation, they happy they get from seeing other Blacks perform is more than enough for them. For me, I am out. Even for DK I am out. It went too far. Way too far. It wasn't just the Kaep thing but that was the final straw for me.

Serious question breh. Why do you have 15 comments so far in a thread about a boycott you do not believe in? There are countless threads on the NFL in this forums where you can make posts. I'm assuming there was a game thread for the Hall of Fame game. There are season threads where you can post. Why does a boycott that has not effect on you warrant any comment from you? .

Because I've asked questions that no one is either willing to answer or intelligent enough to discuss. The blatant hypocrisy of this movement aside, I've asked numerous times how this boycott aims to make an impact outside of Coli daps, and I have yet to receive a legitimate response. Am I wrong to want more information about a boycott, especially if it was created under suspect circumstances?

In post 699 in this thread, I addressed your question regarding the differences between Kaepernick and Rauf's situations but you ignored it, as you have any other response that addresses what you deem hypocrisies. Your questions have been addressed throughout this thread but you continue to be intellectually dishonest and dense about the issue. My question is why don't you just leave this thread?

And this is not a movement. This is an act of protest on a particular issue. Stop trying to side track the issue by bringing up collateral issues. We understand that the world is prejudice against darker humans. This boycott addresses a small fraction of that prejudice. Do not try to make this boycott "the movement" and then question why "the movement" isn't doing other things to address other issues in the black community. Why come in this thread about this particular boycott to detract against individuals for not doing what you think they should to address their concerns?. Its intellectually dishonest at best.

Pride, doing the right thing, having a backbone to your kids. Because if they know that they can be on a plantation in sports, what's stopping them in life regardless if it's prison. Even your wife sees it, even if you don't.

What other issues in the black community am I suggesting this "movement" spearhead? The only thing I've suggested is a consistent approach towards all professional sports because the things that make the NFL racist are consistent in all professional sports. They are all entertainment leagues owned & run by powerful rich white men and people of color are predominantly the players in these sports.

Will this boycott lead the charge against other pro sports?

What is the aim and goal of this boycott?

What actions are you and others going to do to make this boycott successful?

I haven't seen those concerns be addressed breh if we're gonna be honest

Keep my wife & kids out your posts. First and last time I'm gonna warn you about that
