But that's indicating they have power over you. You're not watching because of them so they're affecting you when in reality they should be at mercy of the people and if the people want Kaepernick to play they have to abide by it.
Seriously what do you actually suggest? I mean, outside of the vague statements about "detach yourself" or "take back the power". What do you actually propose is done in real terms? Not these concepts but concrete plans.

Because it sounds like you suggest ignoring them until they recognize you are ignoring them and allow them to come to you to figure out why you are ignoring them.

When you chase money it controls you but you stop caring for it and just live your life and don't don't think about money, the money come to you, the same with NFL.

This is probably the dumbest shyt I've ever read on this forum.

I'm sure those broke ass nikkas smoking weed and playing PS4 all day not caring about shyt but their GTA 5 Ranking ,are balling out of control because they don't chase money.

Once you detach from this world you control it instead of it controlling you, so it goes to you instead of the other way around. So detaching is the key. Life is real simple people make it hard, that's why you think you should have concrete plans when the way of the world is built on simplicity

Because they on their ass doesn't mean money doesn't have control over them. Y'all think people who chase after money are always working is true somewhat but there is people also who sit on their ass who let money control them too. Double edge sword

Money has no power over you when it becomes secondary in your life

I see a lot of projection going on in this thread. Dudes knowing that they don't have the discipline to put a childs game down so they are pushing those feelings of inadequacy on others.

It's like when you have a group of friends that are borderline alcoholics and go out and get fukked up every weekend..

One of them says "I'm not gonna drink anymore, it's bad for my body and is a waste of time and money. I need to grow up"

The friends that are secure with themselves will support and encourage him, even if they still drink themselves.

The ones that are the worst addicts will say

"nikka you ain't gonna make it 2 weeks without drinking!"

"How you gonna enjoy the strip club without a drink?"

"How you still gonna drink coffee and not liquor!?! Caffeine is just as bad!"

"How you gonna avoid drinking. Alcohol is everywhere? You not gonna go to restaraunts anymore?"

Some of you are showing that the NFL is an addiction. Y'all acting like real addicts.. Nobody is trying to stop you. Enjoy what makes you happy. But going out of your way to try to plant confusion and doubt in a group of Black folks doing something that has no negative effect on your life is some sucker shyt..

this perfectly describes @AVXL :laff:

most of these NFL addicts are 40 years old and shyt too following the NFL is their #1 priority and Jerry Jones is their idol :laff:

A principled and honest boycott of injustice is something I would hope most members of this forum and society would be in favor of, but let's have an honest discussion about what's going on with this "boycott". You have members of your own movement watching games, commenting on games and being unwilling to invest the same energy into other professional sports with similar racist leaning owners and policies. Y'all wanna make changes but your own movement is rife with hypocrisy, agenda driven fans and Stan wars bullshyt. So please spare me the holier than thou sermon breh, this movement of y'all's has a lot of work to do before it can be considered legitimate and any criticism of that are valid until proven otherwise

Breh, you made all these posts in this thread just to say you do not have an alternative concrete solution? Really breh? These philosophical solutions may work in the abstract, but how does that translate to a real world solution? Tired of people without serious alternatives knocking people who are taking steps to address issues they see around them. This boycott is a show of force and numbers. That is all any boycott is at their base. You show the force, (ie buying power, financial support, reputational damage) and then take steps to have the opposing party address the issue at hand. Please someone, anyone in this thread provide a better, simpler way to achieve this than by boycotting the NFL.

People have come into this thread and tried to confuse the issues, compounding the exploitation of athletes in all sports, which is not why people are boycotting the league, with racist practices within the NFL, which is reason for the boycott. Its frustrating to a point, but then I remember that a lot of the posters in this thread do not have the same mindset and may have a different priority structure.

Oh so now boycotters are "watching games, commenting on games" even though no games have been played yet:laff:

Serious question breh. Why do you have 15 comments so far in a thread about a boycott you do not believe in? There are countless threads on the NFL in this forums where you can make posts. I'm assuming there was a game thread for the Hall of Fame game. There are season threads where you can post. Why does a boycott that has not effect on you warrant any comment from you? .

What's the real world anyways ? There is no such thing as real but only the perception of reality. Your perceptions determine your reality. What's rich ? a million dollars a billion dollars ? A billionaire might see a millionaire as broke but both of them is still broke because their poor in spirit.

Your perception is reality. You giving them the power when you suppose to have the power I'm showing you a way out. Its up to you to take that walk though.
