:mjlol:

dumb fukk, he specifically said on the coli, not the whole internet.

have reading comprehensions issues and expect to make an impact online brehs

You fukking idiot, a movement has to start SOMEWHERE. So if nikkas on THE COLI embrace it and SPREAD, it won't just be on The Coli now, would it? Just like the alt-right shyt started on the net. Just admit you're either a cac or a comfy c00n, I'm tired of y'all acting so fukking naive and pretending like the internet isn't the main gathering place for people and how movements primarily get started in the modern day.

Some of y'all should just off yourselves, straight up :francis:

The fact that people coming on this site into this thread dissing protest is absurd for multiple reasons, foremost reason being that this site itself is a result of protest in a sense. People got tired of rules on :hamster: and built another site. Second, rap music itself became a counter culture protest of sorts over its evolution.

EXACTLY. And look how big this forum became. These nikkas trying to press so hard are RETARDED :dead:

One last explanation on why I haven't joined a boycott of the NBA yet...

It's not just about "Cacs own every sports team, so...."

The power structure of the NBA has been much more supportive to Kaep's cause, if not his actions..

Steve Kerr, Greg Popovich, Stan Van Gundy, Adam Silver, Jordan, Jeanie Buss and others have publically lended a voice to some of the things Kaep is protesting..

Not saying the league is perfect or without racism, but they aren't actively trying to ignore Black suffering or punish their players for addressing it..

If you can't see the clear difference in the league's then you are being willfully ignorant.

Exactly. Its just a different vibe. Like i said earlier the NBA is trending up. I can see them having more black owners like LeBron in the future, there are many coaches/execs/players who have spoken up both black and white people. The NBA does a whole lot of Mexican, Chinese heritage appreciation, etc etc. I'm 100% sure there are racists in the NBA (Mark Cuban exposed himself with the hoody thing) but the NFL is an active white supremacist organization at this point. Roger Godell works AGIAINST the players, just like David Stern did. But Adam Silver so far isn't (we'll see for sure during the next CBA negotiations). The length of All Star break and the season starting earlier was done because the players wanted it, simple as that. NFL players opinions don't mean shyt to the owners/commish.

Lets just put it like this....let's say a great NBA role player who's well known like Andre Iggy did a protest and everyone got pissed. Would the Warriors really not resign him? Possible, but just dont see it tbh.

there is a lot of ignorance in this post actually, since you're using the kaep situation as an igniting point

for the record I am in full support of what kaep did. racist white people are full of shyt cuz all they do is bytch about riots and violent protests bit when a peaceful protest like this happens they have a problem with it too.

but how many anthem protests happened in the NBA? kaep wasn't the only football player but zero protested in the nba. they actually have legislated a rule in the NBA against it. where's the outrage in that?

what about Mahmoud getting blackballed from the NBA years ago?
My guy...

In the post you're quoting, I explained it's not just about the anthem but about the issues that CAUSED the protest.

And what did you do? Turn around and make it strictly about the anthem

:snoop:

Kaep being blackballed is just the straw that broke the camel's back. I have a lengthy list of why I feel that the NFL is problematic.. I will go into my grievances in more detail in the future...

But it's not all about Kaep and the anthem. Just speaking for myself..

U basically confirmed this movement is jealous NBA fans who are mad cuz NFL is about to run this forum in a month from now :umad:
Jealous?

The fact that you take pride and ownership in something that you don't directly profit from is weirdo shyt..

The fact that you feel being a "fan" of anything is something to boast about is corny..
