Xbox is one of the sponsors? :jbhmm:

@PS4 :skip:
Oh, so you subscribed to whoever sponsored the NFL had a hand in the decision making? :usure:

Should I boycott whoever sponsored a sponsor of the NFL too? Let's keep the protest focused on the NFL so that it's known that black lives matter. Then everyone else should fall in line. And if they don't? Then they'll be next on the list. I don't think it's smart to spread ourselves too thin, to cast such a wide net.

People brought up the sponsors because that's the only way to hit the league's pockets since most people don't have a Nielsen box. The threat of sponsors losing money will be what forces the NFL to change its mentality.

No need to be confused, breh

Who said never?:mjpls:
You dudes are shytting on nfl players for not protesting, but i don't see NBA players protesting. NBA stans think only NFL players can stand up for black people :russ:
Where are the nba players?

NFL has its issues, but the black ball is a direct result of red neck bytching. They misinterpretated kaeps stance and don't like the kneeling, and their ignorance cost Kaep a job. White people need to be aware of what is really going on in this country. Or maybe they do know, and don't care? that is the real problem.

you dudes boy cotting are just nba stans. Call out the nba players for not doing shyt.

Call out the NBA for allowing Sterling to get away with all this shyt

In February 2003, the Housing Rights Center of Los Angeles filed a housing discrimination case against Sterling on behalf of 18 tenants. The lawsuit featured several racist statements allegedly made by Sterling to employees, such as that "black people smell and attract vermin" and "hispanics just smoke and hang around the building" as well as Sterling's alleged intent to rent only to Korean tenants because "they will pay the rent and live in whatever conditions I give them". Part of the HRC case's resolution included U.S. District Judge Dale Fischer awarding the plaintiffs' attorney $4.9 million in attorneys fees. While the final terms for the plaintiffs were confidential, the judge said the fees were justified as the settlement obtained by the plaintiffs against Sterling was one of the largest of its kind and the public benefit terms were significant and wide-ranging.

In 2006, the U.S. Department of Justice then sued Sterling for housing discrimination for using race as a factor in filling some of his apartment buildings. The suit charged that Sterling refused to rent to non-Koreans in the Koreatown neighborhood and to African Americans in Beverly Hills.[101] In November 2009, ESPN reported that Sterling agreed to pay a fine of $2.7 million to settle claims brought by the Justice Department and Davin Day of Newport Beach[citation needed] that Sterling engaged in discriminatory rental practices against Hispanics, blacks, and families with children.[102]
You are suggesting we get angry at a group of black men because they are not doing exactly what another group of black men are doing. The truth is we all need to do more about this, not just an athlete. Instead of what you're saying, the correct answer is encourage them to get more active than they have been. That applies to you too. With that said, it wouldn't be fair for us to sit here and act like nothing is being done by NBA players. So let's approach this in a as that will lead to results...

That would be a step 2 move. Right now the focus needs to be on the NFL because if not enough people are boycotting that, then the sponsors have no reason to worry either :francis: How were the ratings this week?

:leostare: You're supposed to tell the sponsors why you won't accept their association with the NFL. That's usually how it works. It's all in the same step.

I don't expect the sponsors to have an opinion on this. I expect the federal government to have a problem with discrimination. If they don't, it's up to us, the people to do something about it. I'm also saying you can't cast a net too wide. The boycott the NFL movement is picking up momentum. If the NFL doesn't budge when our voices are heard? Then we go into phase 2. The movement itself isn't large enuogh to do all that. That's a fact, so I 100% disagree on your suggestion at this time. Let's re evaluate where this movement is come week 5 :francis:

:francis: That ones gonna be tough. I'm encouraging people to tell them what's up and threatening to switch to PlayStation if Xbox won't get with the program. I don't spend any money on anything else on that list as is.

Yeah I dropped at&t when I found out they were using unpaid prison labor to operate their switch boards. Sprint service blows and I hate not being able to use data while talking, but I can't get behind that shyt, so sprint it is. I drive a Toyota that's paid in full, but when I have the cash for something new, I'm putting this one on the market. The only other possible thing on that list is tires and idk what my tires are since someone bought me a new set as a birthday gift.

Survey: Protests top reason NFL ratings dipped

I'm black. I also listen to a lot of sports radio (unfortunately). Sports radio has always been driven by white male resentment, but it has really ramped up over the protests. A lot of white people have an automatic, negative reaction to any discussion of race. They feel they're being accused of something and react like a guilty suspect. Even with the Bennett story this week, so much of the convo I heard on the radio was from angry white men doubting his story even after the video confirmed it.

So much of the resentment boils down to the fact that the league is full of black men being paid millions to play a game. So you hear all this dumb shyt like "just play sports I don't want to hear your opinions." Dance for me, basically. People are MAD. And to be honest, the product itself isn't that good so a lot of older white dudes are just tuning out. The NFL needs to really make the product better, specifically by cutting down commercials.
They have cut down commercials this season

fukk the NFL.

fukk all the disingenuous trolls who post here.

The NFL Boycott not stopping.

Sooner or later Black people going to fully understand and stop fukking with ALL white owned racist sports leagues eventually.

Not sorry.

Need Black people to realize we in a war and playtime is over. Realize who your enemies are and act accordingly.

The only people you are going to upset are people who support white supremacy and your oppression.
