There wasn't word-of-mouth of how great the movie was
Nobody thought it would be the highest grossing movie of the year, let alone top 3 all-time
Wasn't the same breh which is why it was a total surprise.

jurassic world didnt have huge hype behind it. Thats why it took everyone by surprise. Yeah,it was going to do well,but if you told me it would make 1.6 billion Id laugh. I thought top end it would do 800 million at the most. The trailers were made fun of,it didnt have teh original cast,the marketing was okay but nothing amazing and the last 1 fizzled at the box office.
