Samsung LCD 32" brought in 010 just out of the blue whilst I was working on my uncle PC died, blank screen no picture, tried hitting every button on the remote and nothing.

What are my options, how is Samsung's customer service anyone had to deal with them before?

i hate to tell you this but nobody really fixes TVs anymore. if you didn't buy the extended warranty you'll probably have to junk it and replace it. well if you gotta buy a new TV you can get one 10 inches bigger for the same price.

I don't know b, when you power it, you see that it's on standby, indicated by the red light.
When you press on, red light flashes as if it's getting ready to turn on but nothing but a blank screen and if you press random buttons it just switches off.

I got my 1TB external from Amazon a year ago. It's been fine so far. I don't keep it on 24/7. I store things on my computer, and once a month I transfer things into my HDD, then remove the HDD until the next month. I basically just use it for storage.

There is no other feeling that seeing hours of downloading go down the drain because of a disk failure.

It has gotten so bad, that I have a backup of my backup just to be sure I am bullet proof.

I had a homie who laughed at me for having the backup of a backup...when his drive went down and he turned on his backup... He was literally sick for days, as this is stuff he had since 02!!!
