Im sure at some point hes read his rigts up front though i doubt they went that route. I do think well see a visible trial on this one. I doubt he'll plead not guilty which will limit what we ultimately see though.

In the chaos he hid. They closed a radius, guessing that he had to be within it Nd started sweeps. He was hurt and left blood on the car and then they found some on the back of a house.
He then at some point was able to get to that boat, which was outside the perimeter they set.
That is the only point they fukked up on in my mind. If that guy hadn't have checked his boat(canyou imagine peaking under the tarp and seeing the dude?) He might have been anle to rest for an hour or two, wajt for complete darkness and find a way out....in theory.
