When Boosie was locked up I really thought he would have the same impact 2Pac had, when he got out of jail

Nope. I lived in Saudi Arabia and Pac was all over MTV Asia/Channel V in 93/94. The association with Janet Jackson through Poetic Justice made him an international star.
