Yeezus tour was a mess behind the scenes. They were practically giving out tickets to the show to make it seem as if they were selling out. Kanye doesn't even really like Kendrick like that and he used him for the tour. The whole merch thing was not his idea but he just ran with it, the whole confederate flag thing was a joke between Virgil and Jerry. He doesn't come up with these ideas on his own. He yelled at the staff backstage because nothing was ever perfect enough. I think his last project that he's been working on put him in the red but Jay bailed him out.

He claimed he canceled his Australian tour to work on his album which is false, the shows weren't selling out and he can't afford it anyways.
