Read both in 2 weeks, Homegoing is really good, some characters lacked development and I feel like she kind of rushed to incorporate all era's of black people but 9/10

Icebeg Slim's book is funny but tragic. Decent read, I give it a 7/10

I purchased like 9 books suggested on this thread.

I like them all. Typically I only read black authors.



I think I've been only on the cesspool areas of the coli... I didnt know there was a book section lol. All I do in life is read books for the most part.
We even have a Org that promotes literacy and reading for black children.
