Then, Vince comes out. He says, brother, Trump is gonna have a chance to prove how loyal he is. Vince has got payback on everyone at some point over the years. Everyone except Trump. He's gonna fire Hogan immediately unless Trump agrees to a rematch, this time an actual Trump vs Vince match, no representatives in their places.
Trump, not one to back down publicly, signs the contract for the Summerslam rematch. Knowing Vince a long time, he trusts him to be a gentleman in drafting the contract. Little does he know that there's a stipulation that if Trump loses, he forfeits the remainder of his term as president to Vince.
Vince shoots on Trump in the match, wins, and takes over as president for the remainder of Trump's term, roughly 2 1/2 years.
