Love the beats on this

Me too. It’s weird. I think the beats on the first Boldy and Al album are a solid notch above this. But I also think stylistically the beats are more all over the map, and the cohesiveness of the sound on this album makes their first album “sound” more like a mixtape.

So beat for beat I prefer M1CS but Tea in China sounds more like a true album, and the rapping is way better on here. I also like the guests features way more on this one.

It’s partially my fault. There was a click bait titled article about him joining them. When I read the article twice it was clear he didn’t officially sign with them, but I posted a thread here before reading the article a second time.

He does have an album almost done with them. So that lended ti the rumor as well.
