What's the most effective way to trade a potential spike in Brent? Could trade USO options, but WTI futures often diverge from Brent.

RLOG,TOPS lost every little bit of profits this morning
Went from being up a few thou to in the hole 200-300
Guess you can't cry about what you never had
Set Stop Losses and stick to them breh. That's the only way to avoid this situation. Just move them up as profit increases and have a hard line for any loses when setting them after the initial purchase. That way you're covered in either a losing or winning situation.
I see now,Im still new to this so I didn't realize it could go south that quickly. I was at work watching off and on,next thing I knew I was down thousands. I had a stop loss in my head that if my account dropped under a certain dollar ammount I would sell. I'll probably come back and gamble with these shippers again next year. I've seen people saying they lost 10's of thousands,so I can't complain.
Im making alot of mistakes though,i also got a free ride violation. I wasn't about to get caught holding that bullshyt.
Overstock
Only own five shares but it's got me up over $50 so far today and it's got a projected target of $85. So I'm loving it right now.
Have to step those numbers up breh
Price targets from investment banks are generally garbage, though, so don't put too much faith in what they say. Overstock is exploring strategic options, so be wary of any analyst upgrades looking to bring in investment banking business to their firm.
TRXC CC right now this sounds like it's going to shoot up. A lil furious rn
