Ive probably said this in here before, but i believe until you start to see banks and the five big tech names start to waiver - this bull market isn't going to end.
Rates market more rational?

Explain chart please.
The chart is showing the spread between 30 year and 5 year treasuries on the yield curve. Typically, when the curve collapses and longer term notes yield the same as short term notes, or yield less when the curve inverts, it is a recession indicator. As you can see, in the beginning of 2006, 30 year treasuries yielded less than the 5 year, which doesn't make logical sense under normal circumstances. While not close to that point, the curve has continued to flattened while the Fed has been raising short term rates, so potential for trouble there.

Bond market is usually ahead of the game on this as opposed to equities.

No thread on nomination of Powell as next Fed chair?

Thought on the impact on markets? Seems like continuation of same policies. If you're going to do that, why not stick with the experienced person who has navigated it this far? Then again, this is Trump and the move is all about putting his own stamp on it.

Me too,and I bought some TRXC,jumped from 2.54 to 2.92 today.

It's a Coli party! Just bought some GLW options myself. Chart looks pretty good long term. Hope we all eat off of it.

I'm also in COP calls but that will not be as long of a hold even if it goes well.

Watching ZNGA as another long term play.

I bought up alot of ENDP today while I can still afford it,we off to a good start on our first day of hopefully a long time together:mjcry:

Jumped the gun on buying up more TRXC,thought it might come out the gate big like it did the last couple of days. Shouldve waited on the price drop.
