All I'm saying is REITS are usually pretty sensitive to rising interest rates. I doubt they'll repeat their 2016 performance.
yeah, 2016 and 2017 should have been horrible for reits but for some reason it wasnt, but i invest for income, I'm assuming the prices will take a hit one of these days but the dividends stay high
i love MORL tho, when that dividend hits its like mana from heaven, its about to hit this friday
