Take this for what it's worth but apparently Martin Shkreli loves AMD.

Don't just love them cuz Shkreli said so.

Love them because they are below $10 a share and they have just created technology that actually rivals and exceeds intels offerings.

They were $1.60 in February. I'm pretty sure I mentioned them and Nvidia several months ago.

This is a company that had eaten the cpu marketshare from intel in the early 2000's and was over $100 a share.

I think it was a fair valuation at the time. They ate a huge share of intel and were market leaders while intel were not. It was only after Intel obliterated them in the manufacturing process that they fell behind.

They have now achieved parity with manufacturing and are exploiting their latest architecture as well as their gpu technology as well. They look well poised to take more market share at the expense of intel and nvidia respectively. Maybe not so much with Nvidia because I expect the GPU market to still grow, laptop cpu's not so much.

Relative valuation? Has to be. Rates markets outside the US are collapsing. Theres a constant international bid for treasuries.
