I think it's time to buy strong companies at good prices. Hold for the long term.
Yeah, I've been stocking up on GE, AT&T, KO, Cisco,Intel, MSFT and recently purchased my first share of NKE.

Even though it may be a bit redundant since I have AT&T, I'm probably going to cop some Verizon as well. They both just are really solid, especially when the market overall isn't doing too good.

That's what i did. I closed my Betterment account and I have a Roth and a brokerage. My wife rolled over her 401k to Betterment but I opened her a spousal roth. I've bought dividend stocks for both. Nike, coke, att, proctor and gamble, apple, 3m etc. Plus you avoid fees from actively managed accounts. I maxed her out for 2015, and I have the rest of the year for 2016, up until April 2017. Put dividend stocks in your roth for tax free growth.
nah, im not getting rid of betterment, just keeping that as my ETF/long term stuff. (my roth ira is there too ) i'm just going to use robin hood for individual stocks rather than waste time with etfs there
