I like the markets to have more momentum first but I see this as a buy signal in my opinion. But it is monthly opex so crazy things can happen. I would still stay cash. AAPL having trouble above 150 and going briefly red today, not typically what you want to see in the overall market.

buy signal working again! Although I dont have a horse in the race this month.

Focus on names with strength, and currently those are health/pharma/biotech. I don't see this bounce as a call for the bottom. The overall structure and patterns are still in a bearish trend. Bottoms do not happen overnight, they happen over time, so anyone calling for a bottom based on a few bounces here and there or random events, they don't know what they're talking about.

I’ve been thinking this is a bull trap, my money is still on the sidelines.

I have to imagine a lot of people have been shorting stocks and the ratio put options have been higher recently.


One thing I know for sure, is if Cramer starts talking about we’re past the bottom, then strap up folks.



Oh yeah and expect some amazing numbers from the health sector.
