MSFT is overpriced as hell, but love the stock. these tech stocks needs more asswhoopin. give me another 30-40% crash then i'll go in.

no i just liquidated all my cryptos few months ago. i did got rid of M1 finance. glad i got out because i strongly considered keeping them. :whew: will get in again in the next cycle. wish i sold them earlier, but can't complain cuz i still 3Xed from crypto. i typically invest about 5-6k a month. but i'm just saving the money right now. wanna go at least 25% cash. would be nice it gets to 30%.

still have my tesla and tech stocks. and will sell the house i bought in May soon. i'm trying to get 10% profit out of it. for those who are interested in the real estate - crash is coming. CRASH = OPPORTUNITY.
@DEAD7 look at the unintentional flexing on the coli :damn:

What makes you say a real estate crash is coming?

Bank of Canada raised rates by 100 bps. Highest since 98. Lots of Canadians have variable rates too so a lot of them are over leveraged on real estate.

a lot of people are gonna get fukked hard. there was a huge feeding frenzy in real estate up here...prices were sky-rocketing during covid and people were already buying shyt they could barely afford as it is. now home values are dropping and mortgage payments keep getting bigger and bigger. not a good look, especially since our economy is so heavily propped up by the real estate market. plus rent's already been expensive and it's climbing quickly as well.

makes me think of blackrock. last year they announced plans to buy a billion dollars worth of single family homes in canada to rent out. seems like this will all work out pretty nice for them.

MiYaYo (Carol City)
Considering AMZN puts before close today.

*I bought a few lottos. The price action had me second guessing a close to the money position.
