Yea Visa and Mastercard are interesting players. By definition, they’re payment card networks but are adjacent to fintech, finance, tech etc.
Since they are the conduits to how we pay and get paid in the digital world, a lot of adjacent industries touch them (Visa and Mastercard).
They have very strong business models and value props.
Exactly. My wife mentioned the split the other day...knew to wait on amazon
you called itgoing to wait on Amazon for a few days. I remember when tesla split people were going crazy over i and then it nosedived a few days later which was a better buying oppurtunity. I have people at my job talking about it and they never talk about stocks
nikkas getting slaughtered left right and centerthis market is cruel as hell.
Docusign was high all week after some news of teaming up with Microsoft
lost all of those gains in 1 hour

Exactly. My wife mentioned the split the other day...
"You know Amazon's stock is going to split", I'm like yeah... "Did we get any yet?", I go, "Nah, I'm a wait for now, it'll drop shortly after it pumps after this split"
Here we are
Wonder when it'll hit $100

Experience really does work wonders. I dove in on day one for the Apple split and a day after on the Tesla split a few years ago, and both pumped initially, and then came down significantly within days. Patience would have gotten me a much better entry for both, and the market wasn't nearly as shyt as it is now. I knew it would spike from new investors and then drop soon. When I saw @Malcolmxxx_23 make a thread in TLR, I was
This shyt has gone too far, when people who are super casual, were talking about it.

Oh I know they aren't going anywhere, just a matter of picking an entry I'm comfortable with.My pps still around 100. if it drops that far again I'll buy more. amazon isn't going anywhere
The CPI report today is crazy. Feds need to raise rates at a much more aggressive rate, thinking 0.75-1.00
Yep, building a payments network the size and scale of a Visa or Mastercard is no small feat. A lot of the zippy start ups want to get in but once they get down to the brass tax ops e.g. fraud response, vast regulations etc, they fizzle out.So much of the so-called Fin Tech revolution is built on the payment rails of Visa and Mastercard.
They aren't going anywhere.
what do you do, options? swing/day trading?still up 60% for the year
