american tower has been on a nice move the last week. was considering selling out as ive held this forever and it seemed like the steam was slowing for a while there

Yall need to scoop up these growth stocks that were high last year. ATER (mohawk) is under $4 and was in the $40s last year strong partnership w Amazon and earnings progressively getting better. And WISH is WISH. Idk when but it's gonna pop.

I have a friend who just found out the hard way (via the IRS) that dividends are taxed as ordinary income.

Heads up to the Dividend/REIT gang on here - use an IRA, 401k, or other tax advantaged account to invest in those if you're investing high dollar amounts.
how much $ did he get in dividends :picard:

Qualified dividends aren't. REITs are.
