I think Square aligns much more with what he's passionate about these days. People evolve and their ideas/objectives change. Twitter is what it is.

He has a financial company in one of the most exciting and revolutionary times for that industry happening right now. I think he's going to go harder in the cryptocurrency space and set out to drive adoption and be a true advocate for it. This news came out prior to him announcing his departure from Twitter.

He's the CEO of Square, he acquired TIDAL recently, he's big on crypto, NTFs and WEB 3.0, he's going to put his efforts into this wave. I wouldn't be surprised if he backs or starts a decentralized social media platform that incentivizes the users/creators on it. All of this stuff is happening now, just not on a mainstream level.

Now we'll start to really see why he acquired TIDAL. I have ideas, but I knew this is why he stepped down from Twitter.

I think all the companies and projects that he launches under Block will be integrated with cryptocurrency services that provide compensation incentives to users.
