Im starting to finalize my final list of stock i want to buy any critique or advice? my budget is about 27k ish, Ideally looking for a 3x overall return in 4 years, plan is to at that point withdraw 60k and put that down as deposit for a house and keep the rest in the market.

Long term holds
Disney
microsoft
APPL
FB

Wild cards
mgm
uber
ford
boeing
Tesla
Google
Amazon
Other hotels stocks
Airline stocks

My reason for picking the long term holds is because the companies are stable companies i know about that i can see lasting in the long run that have huge potential for growth and are pretty much ingrained into western society at this point(except for disney)

My wildcards are companies that are either abit too pricey (amazon, google) for my budget or are hyped (Tesla, uber) or could get bailed out and i loose my money(mgm, ford, boeing)

Ideally i want to add 2 more companies to my long term holds, for my wild cards these are stocks I have budget of 2k in total to throw at in hopes they take off

Any critique?
I just realized i cracked my 60k target and i've been looking at a couple of apartments so tempting to pull the trigger however my portfolio is mostly apple/tesla/btc/eth probably not wise to sell now and miss out on future gains.

What's the best platform for option trading? My Schwab account doesn't allow me to even do it.
you gotta add/request options trading on schwab - and most trading platforms other than RH who irresponsibly opts every account into options trading
What does the application process entail?

Is this just a Schwab thing or is it standard?
pretty much every repuable brokerage requires you to apply, it's usually just an online app somewhere in the account management tab. asks stupid stuff like how knowledgeable do you feel about options, how long have you traded options, risk tolerance, and what level approval you want (scale of 1-4, tho a new options account won't get approved past level 2, maybe 3). not time consuming at all
