Stockholders of record on June 24, 2021, will be entitled to receive the dividend which will consist of one share of Series A Preferred Stock for each one share of common stock owned on that date (subject to adjustment for any reverse split of Torchlight's common stock after the record date but before the dividend is paid).

I've been on this for months, was down 50% at one point .

One TRCH = One meta share and one preferred Class A share.

The preferred share is just a place holder until TRCH sells the oil and gas assets which will be paid to share holders. Dividend could be anywhere from .50 to $20.

One Meta otc share = 3 new nasdaq meta shares.

Any negative article you see is BS because all short positions have to close by the preferred divided record date.

The overstock merger was set up the same way and squeezed the shorts from $5 to $17 then to $128 on a $1 preferred divided. I don't know if this will squeeze over $10 but expect fireworks and a shyt ton on volume Monday and Tuesday with Tuesday being the last day to get in for the dividend.

Either way my average is gravy and META could be a triple digit stock in 5 years. Already got my initial investment back and I'll probably bank some cash Tuesday.

I'm up 220%......... It wasn't my DD, but I see no problems using others DD to make your own decisions.

Leaps aren't really gambling you are just applying the same outlook to a company and extending that out 1-2 years. Day to day yeah it's gambling lol

Once again, I don't think Musk is going to die anytime soon, but he might figuratively die, or fall out of favor. The same eccentric character that he has that helped Tesla to reach the popularity that it has, can also be costly if not managed correctly. Sometimes when I see the way that he moves around the world (in the public eye at least), I feel like he'd be better off handlers.

I don't get what you mean. I don't see what he's really done other than the bitcoin thing which, really, that's on bitcoin. If 1 billionaire can shytpost and destroy an entire currency, it's not as stable as people pretend it is.

The thing with that diver was weird though, I agree about that. To me Musk is just a nerdy mf who 90% wants glory and 10% wants to genuinely help people. We could have way worse people to look to that are dragging us kicking and screaming into the future
