How does espp work for you? You get shares at discount automatic? My wife starting a job where it is 10% "off". There is some weird language on 10% off what exact number... I need to read again.

If I can get 10% off then sell covered calls ...

How does espp work for you? You get shares at discount automatic

I get a 15% discount on the market value of the company’s stock at the time of purchase (last trading day of the month).

Each paycheck I deposit 10% of my after tax income (the max allowed) into a non-interest bearing account which is used to purchase the company stock. Only whole shares are purchased so any funds left over get rolled over to next month’s purchase.

Only thing is I have to hold the stock for at least a year before I sell. That or when I leave the company.

Boom, watch the ER run, i believe it can make all time highs. But if you play ER, make sure to do covered calls as a hedge, I almost never play on ER.
