What you get?

Bought a Model 3. Was spending 450 a month on gas alone to/from work :francis:

No maintenance except tires, wiper blades and wiper fluid, and air filter. THAT'S IT. :damn:

Trading it in next year when the Cybertruck drops tho. :wow:

Gotdayum that gas bill is a car note. I can't wait to join the EV wave:blessed:

Dog, I ain't going back to internal combustion.

NOPE.

Charged my shyt for 8 bucks when I took it to SC this past weekend. Recharged completely for the whole trip 26 bucks at the Tesla Supercharging stations in Charleston SC and Augusta, GA (midway from ATL to Charleston). With gas I was gonna spend 95 bucks.

Man, my home power charger arrives Friday. Will be able to recharge completely in like 5 hours.

Right now with the regular charger, I only get 50 miles overnight charging with the regular power outlet :francis: . I plug in at work too :pachaha:but still not enough to completely charge on the regular outlets unless I don't drive for like 2 days. That ain't realistic so paying 500 for the power charger at home will be worth it. Wife's cousin is a certified electrician who will install for me.

I probably gotta hit the Supercharger again near the Braves stadium on the way home tomorrow to completely recharge. I'm supposed to get 260 miles on a full charge, but they recommened only 90% battery capacity for normal use. So that's like 235 miles. But when you drive high speeds and A/C you really only get like 190 out of that 235. My electric bill at home once the power charger is installed should only go up 15 bucks a month they say, but I budgeted like 50 to be safe. That's still a far cry from 450 a month in gas and budgeting for oil changes, alignment, etc.

I thought charging at the supercharging stations was free?

Either way what a deal. What’s the longest drive you’ve been on without recharging?

They killed that shyt like 2 years ago. They built that into the price of the car apparently, but in order to reduce prices, they removed that perk. Still beats the gas pump BY FAR, but it's roughly 45 minutes for me to fully charge for long trip recharge status of 260 miles (again, you only gonna get like 80% of that at high speeds and running A/C and I don't wait till it gets below 10 miles). It showed like 7.50 cents for me to recharge when I was done. You can also look at your charging status on your phone which can also be a key to your car.

Driving from my home in South Atlanta to the Augusta Supercharger was like 170 miles and I had 35 miles left when I plugged in.

I got 1000 miles free at the Supercharger though at the dealer using a referral (probably from the salesman). I got a referral link to anyone looking to cop one in the future. Both you and I will get 1000 free Supercharger miles if you use my referral to order a whip from Tesla.
