The median analyst projection for the Company's fiscal third quarter of 2015 was earnings of $0.68 per share. Instead, Conn's announced losses of $.08 per share.

shyt like this, a few bad positions I'm down big on, and my feeling that the market is topping are the reasons why I refuse to take any long position without an equivalent number of puts on stocks that are already near book value anymore.

Silver Lake sold off half their stake in Virtu? and their IPO is in the spring? Virtu is the firm that has practically a perfect track record in trading. Has only lost money one day in the last 5 years.

Hopefully this means the hammer is coming down on these high frequency traders.

Thank God I got out of Wet Seal with a small profit

Down to 15 cents in AH after earnings call says they may have to file for bankruptcy protection if unsuccessful in very near term addressing liquidity needs

Had to sell some BABA to break a lil over even on that after getting that call. Gonna transfer over a couple thou from savings just to be sure, but I need this bottom to hit soon :sadbron:

Like I said a week or two ago... I think the market is topping and will be a long bumpy ride down.

Today's /ES calls 69,000 to 212,000 puts. SPY 610,000 calls to 1,130,000 puts.

and I would not give my money to this Starboard Value group. Positions include Olive Garden, Office Depot and Staples. Unless they can get a merger on the last two I hate these positions.
