He has a track record. To the point you can almost blindly follow his picks and you making bank.
Wasn't that just a swing trade of his last summer?NAT ?![]()
The argument was Netflix is still growing like crazy, will continue to grow, has first mover advantage, and none of their competitors will ever catch up or dethrone them.I know not to bet against Netflix, but as a customer, I haven’t come across any new content I fukk with on there other than a damn baking show in pretty much over a year. I’m ready to kill my sub. Hbo max and Hulu (and prime) give me access to better content
I am doing some dd tonight on OZON (The so-called 'Amazon of Russia' ) a lot of potential there quite obviously and hits the note of a hot sector that being e-commerce but Russia... hmm
Is the Amazon of Russia, Ozon, Worth a Buy? - The Last Futurist
"Ozon calls itself “the most trusted and respected online retailer in” Russia, and says its name “has become synonymous with online shopping” in the country. But it only has a 6.6% share of E-commerce sales there"
here you would say ok.. so they are full of shyt and their bulls are full of sht...
but then it looks interesting, they are using ther IPO money for logistics purposes, good.. and they are quickly growing:
growth story in recent months has been good, very good. For the nine-month period ended Sept. 30, Ozon reported revenue of $876.5 million, up 70% in Russian currency.
So while they only make up about 6.6% percent of e-commerce in Russia they are growing at a nice clip and i am looking at this as a glass half full case possibly. Maybe they can continue to dig into that market share which means ok they have a lot of room to grow.
Russia e-commerce is going to be huge which means whoever does carve out a decent chunk of the sales are going to be seeing rapid growth over the next decade.
Still looking...
Disney will do that too. Already did one.I personally don't think Netflix content is that great myself and I am also thinking of cancelling. All their movies, tv shows are just mediocre. Tons of stuff but the quality is just not that impressive. I think they can be surpassed. Plus they always hitting you with these prices increases.
I know they’re still growing, they are the most catch all - you can have Netflix and serve people 2-82, that said, their content lags competition IMO. Millions of titles of junk, they feel like the H&M of streaming, tons of stuff but very few quality items. The argument was Netflix is still growing like crazy, will continue to grow, has first mover advantage, and none of their competitors will ever catch up or dethrone them.
To me only Disney can possibly catch them but Disney needs to unify all their streaming platforms under one umbrella and move past theater exclusive releases and his argument is Disney's moves into streaming cannibalize other arms of their business.
Netflix is already all in on streaming. Disney is still legacy TV and legacy movies in theaters.
