These 50-100% SPAC swings are addicting, but can't forget about the long game
need the ROI from 09, because you were basically flat for 5 yrs from 04-09...a lot of people would've dropped it. even 2013 was still relatively low compared to 09. but the run they've had the past 8 yrs

depends on the returns i'm averaging. if i average a consistent 15%+ (hell, even 12%) from a stock it would be worth holding to me knowing what historical returns are. but i haven't been investing long enough to be close to facing this "dilemma", my oldest stocks are 3-3.5 years old

I already live a pretty comfortable life with what I make. Even a 10k increase a year would be noticeable as I dont have kids or heavy debt. And real vices.
Millions is inconceivable to me tbh

don’t know about 20, but I think I can do 5-10. I’m also only about 8 months in, during a bull market.

TBH, hell naw! I can can hold a leap option (ARKK for example) if I know I'm eating off of it, but waiting 5-10 years for a 2x...fukk NO! I can flip a penny and make 20% in a day.Yaw gotta start specifying which ones. There are like a dozen ARK-Series now.
