I kind of see the point of letting these companies do what they do and not blaming the company for what they do on the site/app.

but part of me thinks Parler was specifically made to get all of those types on the site with a reason to get information. Like why would it require id?

There's nothing wrong with having a conservative website. The problem with Parler is it was a haven for domestic terrorism and you cannot allow that to go unchecked.

The problem with Trump's tweets are it was a sitting President inciting domestic terror.

Anyone who tries to cape with the old 'censorship, first is under attack' argument is either an idiot or they are fine with domestic terror.
