I copped another share on $TESLA today...sold 20 shares of $GNOM, sold 5 shares of $CCIV, a share of $MSFT, and some other low hanging fruit

I'm copping the $GNOM again when I get paid at the end of the month tho

:mjlol: @winb83 What's your take on WISH?
Looking at their numbers I think they're the company equivalent of living paycheck to paycheck with increases in income being met with lifestyle creep. As long as things remain good they'll continue to grow but if we run into any turbulence they have enough cash to cover their current liabilities and that's it. Their free cash flow is barely positive. Yahoo Finance has screwy numbers on them. If they continue to grown that revenue and can hold their operating expense steady like they basically have over 2 years they should be good provided the economy continues to improve.

I've seen Austin Evans make YouTube videos on buying stuff from their and their products seem like cheap knockoff junk. I guess they serve people that care more about price than quality. This certainty isn't a company that owes their success to the quality of the products they sell.

boring day for me...my older long holds are too big to really move or they're etf's.
new long holds still in the volatility phase
got some positions where i'm letting the house money roll, but i should just close them out at some point
a few positions i'm reevaluating even after trimming
then i got these mid term positions in SPACs and shyt like DKNG where it's just a waiting game

i'm ready to consolidate, might pull out of TTCF, once SPLK gets back over 200 i'm dropping it, selling NET over 100, gonna wait to see what the buyback does for RTX, otherwise I'm going to sell the remaining shares, trying to be patient with BIGC :francis:

Wanted to drop some random insight on why I can see ARKG continuing to grow. Demand for the specific type of real estate that can house a company like CRISPR or BNGO has boomed during the pandemic and there's no signs of it slowing down. I talked to someone in construction for these projects and he said they can pre-lease any lab space they put up. In addition to delivering life-changing therapies and tech, many of these companies are also driving local economies. Real estate developers, universities, local governments all represent major stakeholders banking on the future of healthcare innovation. After looking at some of the reports below, I have huge expectations for ARKG.
