I'm looking into them now. The balance sheet is ok I guess but the revenue is trash and the free cash flow is negative. It's not really growing so I don't get why it's getting bought.BNGO was just at like 7.8

How you feel about PACB balance sheet?
I feel you on this when I look into the company more the balance sheet is questionable. They need to take advantage of this momentum and start creating more revenue. People are buying the potential with some fomo help. Also this company pr team is amazing I never seen a company pr as much as they do.
I mean they have $147M in current assets and almost $50 million in current liabilities. When it comes to cash they have almost exactly enough to pay their current liabilities. It's an acceptable balance sheet.
I’m wondering if what’s being discussed/demonstrated at the conference is really that impressive or if the stock is just being hyped up off of there simply just being a conference...damn idk enough about this shyt to watch the symposium and act like I’d know what’s being discussed to determine if it’s “good” or “bad”

I guess people could be buying them hoping for a breakthrough. You almost have to pile into something like this on blind faith and speculation then get out as soon as you can because some of these companies are basically treading water financially and will have to offer more shares to stay afloat if the revenue isn't right.
My issue is I don't know enough about the company so I'm basically hopping in on hype and looking at a share price to evaluate my investment. The financials don't justify making it. Good way to make money but a better way to lose it.

if it’s just hype and nothing substantive, then folks might look to get out the last day of the conference or the day after...idk tho...I missed the ball on the tweet that started it all...would’ve been a nice 7x...I still like watching runs like this regardless...it’s a nice little adrenaline rush
