Had a lunch meeting with a fellow alumnus and he put me on to another guy that went to our school who is an MD over there. Apparently they are getting into that side of the business and hes building it out

this twtr acquisition should break me off decently . I'm almost in the money at 43 now with an expiry in Mid August. Now i just wiish i put more into those calls but this catalyst should do well. low risk high reward.

wr hambrecht i believe. smaller shop headquartered in San Francisco. Guy I met started there and ended up at pacific crest, which is a boutique specializing in tech.

Anyone here think Netflix NFLX is overpriced?

Approaching 52 week high, with earnings this time next month....bad earnings could send it back down to sub 200 like in 2012

Funny thing is my dad had NFLX at $40 a couple years ago and everybody was telling him to touch it

as far as Ebay, i just think it has gone down too low for too long. I havent sceen it before 48 in a long time and everytime it hits this area it shoots back up so we'll see. finally getting some good movement today though; if it can hit 52 by the end of the month i'll sell

Another stock I see that happening too is Kors...but its growth and margins are immense. Gonna have to wait on that one

If you're going to ride the wave, you better be glued to screen and have a defined, profit-taking stop set (assuming it keeps going up from your buy point... it's not guaranteed) because these things go down just as fast as they go up. It's must safer and less costly to stand on the sidelines and watch the wolves fleece the sheep, then buy puts on an inflated stock that's losing steam.
