My portfolio is so damn correlated, all tech and biotech (TSLA, ARKG, etc) and crypto

I know I should be looking at boomer stocks for diversification

Currently the only real diversification I have is a bar of gold in my desk drawer

Any tips?
aerospace/defense (speaking of which...why tf has RTX been sinking this month)
clean energy
retail
finance - specifically banks
i know it's part of tech - but semiconductors, you're not powering 80% of this shyt without them
REITs
gold/precious metals/mining
VTI or VOO - for index/total stock market exposure

I like banks with the approval of stock buybacks. The retail stocks have risen too much for me already.

I'm pretty much in same situation. I found some high growth stuff outside tech through FE, in Planet 13, Very Good Foods & TTCF. Disney is probably a safe option with a bit of growth potential.

RTX is holding up better than BA at least. RTX is down 5% this month. BA is down like 9%. RTX has a pretty strong resistance in that mid 70s level. I wanna see this get close to $100 next year.

I like the RSP ETF. Its the equally weighted version of SPY, so it's not biased towards the "hot" sectors like the regular SPY.

You also mentioned gold. You can buy GLD on paper.

You sold off NIO prior to NIO Day? It's like January 9th. Maybe it will flop but everything I'm looking at looks good..

I don't see it taking off again, but I got in at $13, do I was content with the gains

I wanted to consolidate and diversify. I already have Tesla and $DRIV in the EV sector.
