So there's a website that you can pay for a small fee that does all the DD for you but I don't like giving anyone money so if you want a definitive list of active SPACs look at this list and they usually do a good job of keeping up with what the current price is.
However, you must do your own DD this is just a bare bones list

I go by several factors. I look into what they are targeting, what sector, what the rumored acquisition is and see what I can find out about that company and if others have already done all the DD then great but other times you just have to search for it yourself like what their expected growth is looking like etc..
Another key factor is who is behind the SPAC, a trusted name, someone who has brought successful SPACs to the table. All of that is important. But the sector is one of the biggest factors..

I'm interested in getting into this spac game. I started following that Indian guy on twitter, the one you guys have mentioned before, I think chamath or whatever his name is, I know he's big on spac. Got a small amount I wanna mess with like 2k on a decent spac. I'll have to do some research on what's available and what's coming for 2021. Feel like I should've been dipped my toes in the water but better late than never.
