I think you mean Apple for creating a BUYING opportunity for a lot of people to get back in on TSLA.

I know this thread is mostly about eating but if yall can can some chime in with their worst Ls? I just want to be cognizant of what can happen good n bad.

Back in 2010 when I was first getting into Options, I used to like to gamble on buy Out-of-the-money calls on tech companies during earnings week.
The day before GOOG earnings were due to come out in October, I bought about $6500 of GOOG calls that were far out of the money. When the earnings hit, GOOG popped up so much that the $6500 worth of calls were worth $95,000.
OVERNIGHT.

The problem was, it totally distorted my idea of what to expect from stock options. I took most of that money and put it into out of the money AAPL calls, because I thought AAPL was "safe". Needless to say, the market was down a bit over the next couple of months, and since the options were out of the money to begin with, they started to expire worthless. By the end of January, that $95000 was gone .

So, then I got the brilliant idea to get back in.
Why not use one of these credit card checks that they keep mailing me?
...And that's how Kal went from +95,000, to 10,000 in debt .

It worked out in the end though, its what made me develop an aversion to going into any kind of debt, so I made a rule to pay off a little more debt every time I made a profitable trade. So by 2015 I was able to get all my credit cards paid off and had no debt at all.

UV scanners are out. They hold patent to UV phone integration so that should be huge. Apple applied for same patent and got denied.

I actually bought their iWAND device for $120. Its a bit overpriced but its awesome to have a portable sterilization option. I can sterilize anything with the simple wave of my wand.

Sold out yesterday. Government is investigating it's makers for securities fraud. Many exchanges are delisting. Cashed out my holdings and waiting on the sidelines.

bought SURF earlier this week...for no good reason other than it was picked up by ARK (can’t remember which one) and I thought it was an interesting coincidence given my u/n...dummy trading at its finest


I got in under $10...it almost hit $12 yesterday but cooled down a lot today
