some of the hubris in this thread off a 6 month, propped up by the fed recovery
if this was how the market always works, it wouldnt be a thing that most fund managers cant beat the S&P. this isnt just gonna continue year over year
but heres to hoping it does. no one in here will be working past 40myself included

Sold the extra Tesla shares I bought just to flip at 655. Looked great for a few minutes and then spiked back up. Made 4k, will put profits into something next week maybe Arkg. If Tesla goes to 550, i'll buy all the shares back.
This very well could backfire but 4k profit for a few week flip isn't bad. Still holding my original Tesla shares I bought throughout this year, pre S&P inclusion.

Yeah thats what I do as well. I have multiple accounts. One for short term holds and one for long term holds. So I will duplicate a stock like tesla. Buy a bunch in my IRA for my longterm hold. Then buy a bunch for my short term hold. So I sold my shares today from my short term hold for a quick profit. But still got the tesla stock I have for my long term hold.
