There's so much money to be made. I need to step my game up. @Serious
Yeah but honestly just read books, different blogs and listen to various podcast. Soak your mind up with knowledge / different perspectives, some of which you may not necessarily agree with, but can understand where other people coming from.

That up at 1am shyt, doesnt really mean anything. There's people who only buy / sell in After hours and make a killing.

FE sleeps all day.

The most important thing is find a method that WORKS FOR YOU.....

What everyone else is doing, is what WORKS FOR THEM.

My style of "investing" is a methodology is a buy & hold, of DCA, where I don't lose any money. Even on "red" days I'm up, SIGNFICANTLY :heh:

And I don't panic anymore, I throw this money, because I know I'm going make it back.

We buy low, sell high, not Buy High(fomoing and following others) then selling low( panicking and be scared)

I mentioned them a few weeks back as one I was looking into but there hasn't been any new news. I was hoping to see a dip to around 23 (20 is the floor for this one) but maybe I'll start nibbling soon. Thing is once the company is announced and it will be a good company I'm like 90% sure of that, it will skyrocket.

yeah its the biggest SPAC or at least it was at the time of announcement. And Bill Ackman a major self promotor and always goes for the big deal so I'm sure once he hits a target he'll be everywhere bragging about it and creating hype. He struck out on Airbnb and Stripe but there's still some good companies left he can go after.

Might be more buying opportunity on the horizon, sit tight:

If this goes into next week. We might :eat: right before Christmas. Hopefully people take some end of the year profits. And come off those shares. Got my Christmas bonus on deck, ready to strike. :birdman:

For those interested in a low cost swing....

Look at TACO.....

It's gradually going up....

But it always trades within a range that you can throw money into and flip, within a week or 2. Sometimes a couple days.

It has a BETA of 2.0( A beta greater than 1 = indicates volatility )

What Is Beta?
Beta is a measure of the volatilityor systematic riskof a security or portfolio compared to the market as a whole. Beta is used in the capital asset pricing model (CAPM), which describes the relationship between systematic risk and expected return for assets (usually stocks). CAPM is widely used as a method for pricing risky securities and for generating estimates of the expected returns of assets, considering both the risk of those assets and the cost of capital.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
  • Beta, primarily used in the capital asset pricing model (CAPM), is a measure of the volatility–or systematic risk–of a security or portfolio compared to the market as a whole.
  • Beta data about an individual stock can only provide an investor with an approximation of how much risk the stock will add to a (presumably) diversified portfolio.
  • For beta to be meaningful, the stock should be related to the benchmark that is used in the calculation.
Types of Beta Values
Beta Value Equal to 1.0
If a stock has a beta of 1.0, it indicates that its price activity is strongly correlated with the market. A stock with a beta of 1.0 has systematic risk. However, the beta calculation can’t detect any unsystematic risk. Adding a stock to a portfolio with a beta of 1.0 doesn’t add any risk to the portfolio, but it also doesn’t increase the likelihood that the portfolio will provide an excess return.

Beta Value Less Than One
A beta value that is less than 1.0 means that the security is theoretically less volatile than the market. Including this stock in a portfolio makes it less risky than the same portfolio without the stock. For example, utility stocks often have low betas because they tend to move more slowly than market averages.

Beta Value Greater Than One
A beta that is greater than 1.0 indicates that the security's price is theoretically more volatile than the market. For example, if a stock's beta is 1.2, it is assumed to be 20% more volatile than the market. Technology stocks and small cap stocks tend to have higher betas than the market benchmark. This indicates that adding the stock to a portfolio will increase the portfolio’s risk, but may also increase its expected return.
