Bought more tesla shares today. I think it'll keep rising until it's actually added to S&P 500 next month, then dip after. That's when you buy the dip. happy i trimmed my portfolio and dump it in telsa. go big or go home, fukk it.
I lowered some percentages on my underperforming stocks and gonna add 3% more to Tesla when the next M1 trade session opens on Monday. Also sold a fund today on my IRA, had given me 30% gains so thankful for that. Hopefully I can flip it to Tesla when the sale clears over the weekend or however long Fidelity takes. Grow my account a bit more before EOY. Reach that 75k goal hopefully. Should be able to get like 5 more shares of Tesla but hoping it dips. Maybe I'll keep an eye on it and see if it dips.

I'm believe it or not unemployed since COVID hit hard (3/20) started with 5300$ in a 401k and decided to put $500 of my last check into the market, so I started checking this thread out. My 401k is just above $11k now (Tesla what), and $7k in various cash accounts. It's not about having a shyt ton of money, due your due diligence, dollar cost average those companies and somethings will pop.

PACB I had over 100 at $8 and change that I sold about $15---->tesla+sq+pltr
Damn unemployed since last march. That's rough, glad you're powering through it.

A Tale Of Two Stocks :francis:

I was looking at my IRA positions and got to thinking of stock splits and all that. Since Tesla was mentioned earlier. I think it passed the pre-split price but was so long ago that I don't remember what it was at. Think they did a 5-1 and Apple did a 4-1 if I recall correctly. Anyways I look at my positions and see this, no added shares since split.

Apple-32.056 shares, the .056 due to dividends of course - total gain $26.61
Tesla-10 shares-total gain of 2475.97

They done fooled me with those extra shares for those $26. :francis:

Or maybe I'm just spoiled by Tesla.

-Personal Saving Rate is still high
-A lot of high income individual simply aren't spending their money like they usually do.
-Analyst are mixed on whether the future will be painful for retailers vs bail out from more consumer spending...

I'm more so in the lane of not spending my money as usual.

I'll probably come off some savings this month and buy some people in my family some decent gifts.....

Because why not :ehh:

I got 11 other months to spend on myself and be selfish.
