Stop it. Tesla’s already grown to be about half my portfolio (wish I bought more in 200’s), and I’m struggling to not make it even more if it dips back into 300’s.

- ark, chicken genius and Dorsey are all behind bitcoin. PayPal getting in as well. Will probably be one of my next purchases.

All it needs to be is a legit tesla alternative in china. anything outside of china is just a gravy. and this battery swap station is kinda nice. i mean kudos for coming up with a different idea.

i know it's overvalued now, but so is Tesla. 10 year out look for an up and coming EV company is very bright. :manny:

it's over for these oil companies as far as combustible engine vehicles go. :picard:

the battery costs are likely to get cheaper due to economies of scale and technological improvements. :wow:

Y'all really about to leave ARKK and the other ARKF, ARKG, etc. if this lady gets ousted, or will y'all stick around and just hold for the long term?

Saw so many people out last night dining and walking around this outdoor mall nearby as if they never experienced something like that before in their lives. We definitely gonna get worse off in cases. I say we reach 200k a day at least once before Christmas. Government ain't bout to give s stimulus anytime soon and I doubt Biden can change that. He'll even get some push back if he tries to implement a lockdown. Any President will. I don't think we see too big of a dip like March but maybe to the halfway point of now and then. Which is still decent enough. Of course airlines, retail, restaurants, etc would be the ones taking a hit if a lockdown occurs.

I'm going to stay with them if she's there...if she leaves I will wait to see where she goes and if she comes up with a new ETF I think I will jump into it. Not really sure where else it is for her to go other than to do her own thing.

Looks like ARK was looking for a company to replace Resolute so instead of being replaced they are exercising an option to overtake ARK and gain control...Cathy isn''t feeling this so I'm thinking if they do it she's gone...I wouldn't be surprised if she took people with her. So what will happen is this company resolute will try to use the ARK brand for clout.

But if Cathy were to leave and start her own ETF or something like that I would instantly jump ship also. But until than I will stay with ARK.

Appreciate the detailed reply. I don't actually own any shares of any of them, but I always see it talked about on here, and I am interested in the company's within those ETFs, so I always have it in the back of my mind to finally buy into the ARKK series.

Admittedly, I will have to do some research in this thread and on YouTube to find out why y'all consider this lady so special.
