ETF's are a conservative long term play......

They're risk management as far as I'm concerned.

That said, if you got in when it was cheap, you'd be singing a different story. ARK already run up a lot of before most people in this thread finally decided to jump. :manny:

I gave yall the warning signs though, yall just fomo'd too late :hubie:
Just like I've been pumping CHIQ for a minute, watch people start looking at it when it reaches $50 when I was talking about when it was $22.

I just think individual stocks will outperform ETFs long term.

You dont see etfs in FE's portfolio :lolbron:

To be fair, not sure if this is an example to make here. This was a hell of a rug pull by this Citron company or whatever it is. Probably one of the biggest rug pulls I've ever seen

When NIO goes up to 100 share, there's gonna be tons of people on here kicking themselves over "china" stock.

No Whammies!!
Which is better regarding dividends. Amount per share or percentage, or do they go hand in hand? Looking at my Apple dividend and they gave my like .20 a share. Not that I have much anyways. Percent was like 0.69 tho. Any chance they drop below $100. I got one fund that gave me .15 at 10% but at a lower price so might stack up on them instead if Apple stays high.

The yield percentage is ALL that matters. Because nobody says "I'm going to buy exactly 100 shares of stock, no matter how much each share costs." Instead, you say "I have X dollars, so I can afford X/(price) number of shares".

(Also, be aware that yields that are too good to be true might be a sign of a company with a crashing stock price that might cut their dividends any day now).

Shouldn’t be because there’s a China stock called JD.com that’s almost at 100, that I’m in.

The problem is the accounting and lack of transparency, let me ask you this what do you really know about nio. The leadership, the vision, the Scalability, the direct competitors and any setbacks that they have had. Do you think the average “investor” can answer this or at they just watching it go it up because of fomo. If the answer if the former then I just made my case..... :heh:

i've seen enough analysis and i actually think they are on to something. :manny:

china cars came a long way breh.

they have good products in a hyper growth industry. check.
they got 1.3 billion customers. check.
they have the government support. check.

All it needs to be is a legit tesla alternative in china. anything outside of china is just a gravy. and this battery swap station is kinda nice. i mean kudos for coming up with a different idea.

i know it's overvalued now, but so is Tesla. 10 year out look for an up and coming EV company is very bright. :manny:
