The market literally ran from 23000 to nearly 29000 in 3-4 months. Very few investors were massively in the red.

I'm looking at all my stocks and nothing besides Walgreens and AT&T is low enough for me to want to buy more. Abbvie would be attractive in at least the $80s though. I need things to get worse before I go in.
