Yes if you remove something it is sold and redistributed back. You are open to capital gains tax on that sale provided you sold at a profit

You can buy premarket on some brokerages, like a week ahead.

With ipo’s you have to check every week, usually Sunday to what’s coming out.

I didn't get any plug.. I'm just trying to figure out how IPOs work with WeBull. If we can really buy a week ahead at the same prices as big investors then that would be huge
