Why y’all trading in your retirement accounts? I mean clearly it’s all good, but seems like you should set a strategy for retirement funds every 12-36 months, invest and leave it alone. Then have a regular brokerage account for quick moves or whatever. I’d lose my shyt looking at ups and downs in my IRA and 401k daily.

Yeah only time I ever look at my 401K is when I'm adjusting / changing the allocation.
