Brehs, time to DCA (dollar cost average) into EPR, hit $40 today with over 43% growth in the past calendar month, plus a dope dividend. All those large facilities will have to start paying rent again sometime soon. Literally free money.
Also, if you missed out on PLAY at 5, 9, 11 or 13, but it tomorrow at 20$ entertainment stocks wont go down. Likewise, Outback Steakhouse aka BLMN is up about 29% over the past calendar month. With doing 12% of its normal business.

Just let it sit and grow over time.
They aren't volatile enough for me to trade and I'm not sure I want to hold shares
