The stock can sell for under $1 a share for 29 consecutive trading days and still be safe from delisting. However, it must sell for $1 or more on day 30. If the stock sells for under $1 a share for 30 consecutive days, it's in violation of the NYSE minimum price regulations.

The quicker and sharper the rise (especially if it’s exponential) the great the fall will be. Especially with some no name stock. These are all momentum plays and usually hyped/pumped up.

with that said, the short interest in this stock is enormous so it can still pop up even after dropping 30% today


We’ll have to wait for their big announcement to see if any of this is legit but right now it’s reading forwards just a momentum play
